Here’s a hunt that every whitetail hunter dreams about—your guide is Craig Boddington for BIG bucks on private land in southeast Kansas on Craig’s farm and the adjoining Timber Trails Ranch owned by Chuck and Ruth Herbel, which, combined with leased ground, totals approximately 1500 acres. This fantastic opportunity is for 1 person on a 5-day whitetail deer hunt during the rifle season, late November to mid-December, 2019, only (please contact outfitter immediately after winning this great hunt to schedule).
Accommodations are at Craig’s house or at Timber Trails’ comfortable bunkhouse, and Craig promises “good food, warm and clean accommodations, lots of laughs and enjoyable evenings around the fire or at the bar.” The area has an excellent buck-to-doe ratio, you should expect a very high success rate on bucks 130-160 SCI, and they would also like hunters to take one doe each to keep ratio in line. Not included is your hunting license ($442.50) and a draw is required. Application is this April and past results are 100%. Only 12 hunters are booked each year to hunt from their 24 stands located over food plots, feeding areas and along game trails.
The hunts for 2019 are sold-out but, due to our long relationship with Craig, SCI Michigan has secured the opportunity for a second hunter to accompany the winning bidder at the price of the winning bid (NOTE: winning bidder must immediately advise the auctioneer upon winning if he wants to take a second hunter).
